Last summer, OBT went on the road looking for culinary inspiration and somehow ended up in Tuscany! Well, there was a little planning involved. Ferdinand and crew spent almost a month wining and dining on the most unbelievable local foods and beverages that the Tuscan region has to offer. Chef Giancarlo and his fabulous sous-chef Luka came to our vacation home and prepared amazing culinary experiences for us every day. Giancarlo dazzled us with award-winning Pienza cheeses and hand-rolled ravioli, while Luka would uncork an unbelievable single-vineyard Barolo or an award-winning Brunello di Montalcino. We were dazzled with 5 courses of pure Tuscan excellence. These experiences were so unbelievable that we feel everyone should have an opportunity to indulge in an evening of “La Dolce Vita”, as Giancarlo would say… so let’s bring it on!!!
LA DOLCE VITA
We have arranged to bring Giancarlo and Luka to Old Bull Tavern to share “La Dolce Vita” with our OBT friends. We are planning 2 very special and exclusive evenings in January. Each dining experience will be limited to 36 guests. If you’re able to get on the list, you will have the unique opportunity to meet Chef Giancarlo and indulge in 5 courses of unique Tuscan cuisine, unattainable wines, and unique cocktails. There will be special live opera performances throughout the evening as well.
